Poor eyesight, low vision, and adult onset blindness are very much at the forefront of current health concerns. This conference aims to explore these issues and their management from the perspective that eyesight can improve using natural vision methods no matter the nature or severity of the problem.
The 2012 conference will begin with Registration from 5 p.m. on Friday, October 26th followed by a Welcome reception, dinner and a get-together with light-hearted entertainment.
Saturday and Sunday will feature the main conference presentations, with Dennis Robertson MSP as our first keynote speaker. We will be introducing well known and respected speakers from the International Natural Eyesight Community. It will also be our pleasure to showcase and welcome Meir Schneider with his much anticipated newly published book Vision for Life.
We are also pleased to announce there will be pre and post conference workshops which will have practical activities that can be used at home.
The conference is for:
- anyone experiencing low vision or eye disease
- a parent, relative, friend or teacher of someone who does
- vision teachers, mobility instructors, parents, teachers, nurses, doctors and other allied and interested professionals.
We are extending an invitation for everyone to come along and be inspired by the amazing work of many of our professional, experienced and compassionate vision teachers and their colleagues.
